The concept is the same as the Cooking Lesson with
Lunch with an additional aspect being a full Wine Tasting
to accompany the dishes that you prepare.
We take you to a typical Tuscan house in the middle of
the countryside. Here we work together to realise a selection
of five courses, all typical Tuscan recipes. We have developed
a number of menus and aim to give you as much choice as

We're happy to take on special requests so feel free
to ask if you have a particular recipe in mind.
At the end of the lesson itself we all move out of the
kitchen onto the veranda for an aperitif accompanied by
the first of your wines, a crisp white. This will be followed
by a selection of red wines that because of their particular
characteristics have been chosen to compliment the dishes
with which they are matched. All the wines have been selected
from the best vineyards in the region.
We aim to introduce you to the Rosso di Montalcino, Super
Tuscan and Brunello, all typical wines from this area.
Whilst sipping your wines and savouring the various flavours
of the dishes that you have yourself have prepared you
can enjoy the beautiful views of the Tuscan countryside.
We finish with a local dessert wine, the Vin Santo or
maybe a digestif of Grappa. Either will round off the
lunch in a very satisfactory manner.
We send you home with an illustrated booklet of recipes
and information about the wines that we serve you during
the lunch and wine tasting.
