Each of our Tours is made up of a selection of the
varied fascinating locations that we have on offer. We
have put each Tour together to show as much as possible
of a particular area here in our corner of Tuscany or
of a particular area of the Gastronomy here. But maybe
you want to make some of the choices as to where we go
. . . after all it's your day.
In a one day Tour it is usually possible to visit 3 or
4 different locations as well as have a good lunch. So
we ask you to choose 4 or 5 of the following selections
and we will fit in as many of these as time will allow.
- Cheese
- Pecorino - 32 different varieties in one place - see
the workshop, the sheep and taste the cheese. Or maybe
you like the stronger flavour of Goat's Cheese - lots
of that in this area too - fresh and creamy or old and
stinky too!
- Salami
- and prosciutto - See the black and white Cinta Senese
pigs in their environment - sample the delicacies in
the ambience of a Tuscan farmhouse.
- Wine
- Fine red wines - Rosso di Montalcino, Brunello. Fine
estates producing fine wine. Sip a glass or two with
us.
- Olive
Oil - Liquid Gold - So many varieties of oil produced
from the olives in the area. You should not go home
without further investigation.
- Beer
- A two man brewery producing four very fine beers,
a crisp fresh alternative to the usual beverage of red
wine here in Tuscany.
- Ricotta
- A soft white creamy cheese used in both savoury and
sweet dishes here in Italy. Come with us to see the
local production of this delicacy.
- Honey
- Bees, hives, flowers, honey. See the creators and
their environment then taste the sweet produce.

all enjoy a gastronomic day out in Tuscany . . .
